What you'll be doing:
* Leading on-site teams installing & commissioning AV systems
* Working with cutting-edge smart home & cinema tech
* Delivering exceptional solutions in luxury residential environments
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in the high-end residential AV sector
* Lutron Homeworks Certified, Crestron Certified, or Control4
* Strong IT & AV rack-building skills
* Eye for detail & problem-solving mindset
* Strong communication skills with clients & teams
* Clean UK driving license
