Leading International Investment Bank, based in central Birmingham is seeking a highly organised, hardworking and professional Administrative Assistant to join their Corporate Access team and support their programme of Roadshows and Investor Meetings in conjunction with the Equities Sales teams.

This exciting and high profile role will be responsible for organising the logistics for roadshows, investor meetings, one to ones and corporate events across the London and EMEA offices including sourcing and booking venues, organising speakers, managing travel and accommodation logistics, managing invitation lists and ensuring the smooth running of programmes.

You will ideally possess at least 3 years previous experience either as a PA, Team Assistant or Event organiser within a fast paced and high volume Corporate business environment. Exposure to Roadshows, Investor Relations or Corporate Access would be ideal. You will also have flexibility to travel to the London office for a few weeks in the year to support live events.

Probably a Graduate, and possessing excellent communication and inter-personal skills, you will thrive in a fast paced and demanding office based environment, where you can grow and develop your career.

This exciting role is fully in-office and a contract to permanent opportunity.
