Associate Solicitor – Clinical Negligence (4+ PQE)
Claimant | Bristol (Hybrid) | £60,000 – £65,000 D.O.E
I’m working with a well-established, Top 100 claimant law firm with a highly regarded Clinical Negligence team, offering an opportunity to work on genuinely high-quality, complex work within a supportive and structured environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate-level Solicitor who is looking to deepen their expertise in high-value clinical negligence litigation, particularly in the area of birth injury and cerebral palsy claims.
The Role
You will support Partners and senior lawyers on complex, high-value clinical negligence matters, with a particular focus on birth injury and cerebral palsy litigation.
This is not a volume role and you will not be expected to carry a heavy standalone caseload. Instead, you will play a key role on significant, often life-changing cases, gaining exposure to highly technical and sensitive work.
Alongside this, you will:

* Assist on complex multi-track clinical negligence matters

* Build strong client relationships and support clients through sensitive claims
\t
* Contribute to case strategy and litigation planning
\t
* Support and mentor more junior members of the team
\t
* Work collaboratively within a highly experienced and well-resourced department

The Ideal Candidate This role would suit:

* A Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in Clinical Negligence
\t
* Strong experience in high-value and/or complex claims
\t
* Ideally exposure to birth injury or cerebral palsy litigation
\t
* Someone comfortable working on complex cases as part of a wider team
\t
* A candidate who enjoys technical, high-quality work over volume
