Data Analyst Lincoln Full time Permanent £30,000 Our Lincoln based client is looking to appoint a talented and experience Data Analyst. The Role The role of Data Analyst will include: * Manage and optimise paid search (PPC) campaigns across Google Ads and Amazon Ads. * Monitor performance to ensure campaigns meet ROAS and cost targets. * Conduct keyword research and analyse performance data to guide bidding, targeting and budget decisions. * Test and evaluate ad copy, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to improve results. * Deliver clear, actionable performance reports with insights and recommendations. * Monitor and analyse website traffic and user behaviour to identify trends and opportunities. * Track marketing performance across digital channels, measuring key metrics such as click-through rate, conversion rate & ROI. * Perform ad-hoc analysis to support commercial decision making. * Keep up with relevant changes in advertising platforms, compliance requirements, and digital marketing best practices. The Candidate The successful Data Analyst will be able to demonstrate: * 2 years of experience in a data analysis role. * Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Amazon Ads. * Strong Excel skills. * Experience using SQL to query and manipulate datasets. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw, clear, actionable insights from data. * Effective communicator, both written and verbal. * Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently or within a team. * A passion for data and a proactive approach to learning new tools and skills.
