We are hiring an experienced New Product Introduction (NPI) Project Manager to support the delivery of complex aerospace programmes .
Key Responsibilities
* Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from development through industrialisation and entry into production.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, and operations.
* Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and budgets across multiple workstreams.
* Ensure alignment with aerospace programme milestones, certification requirements, and production readiness gates.
* Drive industrialisation readiness including manufacturing process development, tooling readiness, and supplier capability.
* Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status and risks.
* Support supplier integration and readiness for new aerospace components and assemblies.
* Lead problem-solving activities to resolve technical, manufacturing, or supply chain challenges during the NPI phase.
* Maintain governance through structured project management methodologies and reporting.
* Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards and programme requirements.
What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience as an NPI Project Manager in the Aerospace industry.
* Strong experience managing industrialisation or new product introduction programmes.
* Experience coordinating engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain stakeholders.
* Familiarity with aerospace production readiness and programme lifecycle processes.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience working within complex aerospace supply chains.
