Senior CDM Principal Designer - Leeds
A large, well-established multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are currently seeking an experienced Senior CDM Principal Designer to join their Leeds office. The business employs several hundred staff nationwide and works across commercial, residential, education, healthcare and mixed-use developments for a loyal, repeat client base.
The consultancy are seeking a Senior CDM Principal Designer due to sustained growth in workload and an increasing requirement for experienced Principal Designer support across multiple regional project teams.
The Senior CDM Principal Designer Role
The successful Senior CDM Principal Designer will take responsibility for delivering Principal Designer services in accordance with CDM 2015, working from early design stages through to completion on a varied portfolio of projects.
This role offers a Senior CDM Principal Designer the opportunity to take ownership of projects, manage key client relationships and contribute to the continued development of the CDM team within a large, structured organisation.
Duties of the Senior CDM Principal Designer to include:
· Acting as Principal Designer under CDM 2015
· Advising clients on their statutory duties
· Reviewing and coordinating pre-construction information
· Managing design risk registers
· Attending design team meetings
· Supporting junior CDM professionals
The Person?
The successful Senior CDM Principal Designer will have consultancy-based CDM experience and be confident operating in a client-facing role.

· £55,000 to £70,000 per annum (DOE)
