KeyResponsibilities
Manageandcontrolsite-basedteams,ensuringfullcompliancewithcompanypoliciesandprocedures,includingHealth&Safety,Environmental,QualityAssuranceandPurchasingpolicies
EnsureallworksaredeliveredtoahighstandardandinaccordancewithrelevantBritishStandardsandcodesofpractice
Collaboratewithoperationalteamstoensurecontractualobligations,milestonesandprojectcompletiondatesaremetandreportedaccurately
Setandmanagefinancialtargetstomeetagreedobjectives,includingreportingonfinancialperformanceandprojectdeliveryschedulestoOperationalManagement,Directorsandcommercialteams
Provideanalysis,insightandadviceonprojectdeliverytosupportpositiveclientandbusinessoutcomes
Providetechnicalsupporttocustomersandsite-basedteams,workingwithcentraldepartments,specialistsuppliersandsub-contractors
Supportanddelivertrainingwhererequiredtoenhancetheeffectivenessofthebusinessunitandthewiderbusiness
