The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join a busy Accounts team. This is a fast-paced, varied role supporting the day-to-day financial operations of a growing property function.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and process rental income, ensuring payments are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
* Manage rent arrears, liaising with tenants and updating landlords accordingly
* Handle payment queries and discrepancies via email and telephone
* Produce and issue monthly rental statements to landlords
* Process and arrange payment of contractor invoices
* Perform regular bank reconciliations
* Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
About You
* Previous accounts experience
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills
* Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach
* Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads
* Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
