Description As the Accounts and Payroll Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Maintain and update payroll records, addressing queries from internal and external stakeholders. Manage the purchase ledger, including processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements. Ensure accurate and efficient payment runs for suppliers. Assist in preparing payroll and purchase ledger reports for management review. Work closely with the Accounting & Finance team to support month-end processes. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial data. Identify and implement process improvements within payroll and purchase ledger functions.Profile A successful Accounts and Payroll Specialist should have: Previous experience in payroll processing and purchase ledger management. Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements. Proficiency in using accounting software and payroll systems. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
