Salary: £33,000 - £35,000
We are looking for a Deputy Chef Manager for a small site in North West London. This is a 6/7 day site with core days Monday to Friday, but flexibility is required for weekends and split shifts with the Chef Manager. The contract is 40 hours per week, with the option of doing a 6th day paid as overtime or taking another day off during the week.

This Deputy Chef Manager will cater for breakfast and lunch services, working in a team of 4 in the kitchen and within an overall team of 7. You will cater for up to 300 people daily, with options including Hot Meat, Veg/Vegan, and Salad Bar.
The role requires experience in ordering, health & safety, allergen knowledge, and assisting with stock takes. Working hours are 6am to 2pm or 7:30am to 4pm on a rotating shift pattern, so flexibility and ability to travel to NW London for early starts are essential.
Parking is unavailable on site, but space is available for motorbikes or bicycles. The nearest tube station is about a 10-minute walk away.
We seek an experienced Deputy Chef Manager skilled in leading small teams and confident in managing kitchen operations. A background in contract catering is preferred but not essential.
This is a great opportunity for a Deputy Chef Manager to lead in a prestigious location. You will also be responsible for kitchen cleanliness alongside a front-of-house team member who supports this, including a front-of-house manager.
