Job Purpose
To process crude/part and fully refined oils from delivery to blending and loading for use in the food & feed manufacturing industry
Your Responsibilities
1. Operate a number of processes including chemical & physical neutralisation, Interesterification, deodorisation, bleaching, tank farm management, loading & blending.
2. Monitor and review plant conditions to ensure plant is running at optimum condition.
3. Manage changes in process conditions and react to optimise the process, minimising delays and meeting demand.
4. Adhere to ADM’s health & safety commitment
5. Maintain housekeeping standards across site.
6. Ensure all company documentation is completed in a legible fashion, accurately, methodically and on a timely basis. Including (not exclusive) shift handovers in process documents and checks including glass registers, cleaning schedule, process checklists, vendors, delivery notes.
7. Front/first response/investigation for maintenance issues.
8. Allocation of duties via the shift manager.
9. This role is part of a Collective Agreement

10. GCSE Levels A to C or 9 to 4 (or equivalent) including English, Maths and Science
11. Basic Microsoft packages experience
12. Excellent communication skills
