Salary: £45,000 £55,000 per annumOverview
We are recruiting for a Regional Manager to join a well-established, independent block management company.
This will be to oversee a team of 6 Property Managers.
The Role
As Regional Manager, you will:
* Oversee a team of 6
* Ensure smooth day-to-day management of a largely stable portfolio
* Provide leadership, support, and development to your team
* Work closely with internal departments including Accounts, Legal, and Maintenance
* Contribute to improving processes, efficiencies, and overall service delivery
* Play a key role in the strategic growth and development of the business
What Were Looking For
* Proven experience in block/property management at a senior level
* Previous experience managing and developing a team
* Strong knowledge of residential block management legislation and compliance
* Ability to manage a large and varied portfolio
* A proactive mindset with a desire to improve and grow a business
* Ideally based within a reasonable commuting distance to the office
