Join Our Dynamic Team in a School Health District. This role supports an exciting cluster of schools and contributes to children\'s health and well-being through a proactive public health approach.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a diverse caseload to deliver high-quality health services to school-aged children and their families.
* Lead the delivery of health screenings, surveillance, and assessments.
* Monitor immunisation status to ensure children are protected.
* Support the health and wellbeing of vulnerable children and young people within your caseload.
* Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to promote healthy development and a healthier school environment.
Workplace Flexibility
As part of the Integrated Children & Families Service across Oldham, you\'ll work from a central administrative base, with opportunities to deliver services from various locations based on community needs and service requirements.
