The RoleAs a Client Account Manager (CAM), you’ll be the day-to-day partner for our healthcare providers in Europe. This is a support-focused position, not a quota-driven sales role. You’ll help doctors and clinics get the most value out of Vibrant’s testing, ensure their accounts run smoothly, and collaborate with Regional Sales Managers on practice growth opportunities.This is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, problem-solving, and delivering excellent service—not for someone seeking a high-level sales career.
ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for existing ordering accounts, ensuring timely and professional supportResolve client issues quickly and coordinate solutions across internal teamsAssist new accounts with activation, onboarding, and ongoing workflow supportPartner with Regional Sales Managers to identify opportunities within existing accounts, without carrying a personal sales quotaConduct regular virtual check-ins to maintain rapport and strengthen account engagementUnderstand client workflows and adapt support to their needsProvide updates on account health and client feedback to Sales LeadershipMaintain organized notes and reporting in HubSpot CRM
What We’re Looking ForExperience in account management, client success, or customer support (healthcare/diagnostics/life sciences is a plus but not required)Native-level fluency in English; additional French or German is a strong plusExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsOrganized, proactive, and comfortable managing a client base across countriesHubSpot or CRM familiarity preferredLocated in Western Europe with occasional travel for events or client meetingsInterest in healthcare, integrative medicine, or longevity is an advantage
