Full time, Permanent Salary : £27,000 to £30,000 per annum (£32-36k On Target Earnings) company car Working : Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week Territory : We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to lead the charge in growing our presence in the Out of Home (OOH) channel, representing a leading confectionery brand. This is a rare chance to own a blank canvas territory - bringing energy, initiative, and commercial drive to build success from scratch. What you’ll be doing Identifying and securing new business opportunities across OOH sectors: leisure, healthcare, education, workplace, and defence sites Visiting sites such as soft play centres, theme parks, universities, canteens and contract caterers to pitch and activate opportunities Influencing decision-makers with range advice, merchandising support and display solutions (countertop units, POS) Supporting product launches, sampling and seasonal activations (e.g. Freshers events) Using data and insight to advise on visibility, availability, and points of interruption Managing your diary effectively to balance prospecting, meetings, and activations Recording activity via tablet and keeping organised client records (Excel/spreadsheets) What we will offer you: £27,000 to £30,000 per annum up to 20% bonus (£32-36k OTE) company car Ongoing training and support to help you fulfil your role A fun working environment where performance & success are really rewarded Career opportunities throughout Powerforce and our extensive client base Benefits include : 21 days holiday ( bank holidays), Medicash, Enhanced maternity leave, Enhance paternity leave & Adoption leave, Enhanced pension, Life insurance, Cycle to work scheme, Referral programme, and more through Perkbox Taste Card! A self-starter with resilience and tenacity, confident cold calling and sourcing new business Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time, contacts, and pipeline development Proven sales experience with success in new business wins (OOH/Foodservice experience a plus) Confidence with digital tools - Google Sheets, email, tablets, reporting systems Full UK manual driving licence for at least one year If you would like to be part of our success, please apply today!
