We’re looking for a Contract & Billing Administrator Team Leader to join our Finance team in Luton. In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee and mentor our Contract Administration and Billing teams, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and contracts. You’ll also provide vital administrative support across various areas of the Finance function.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role, looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
As a Contract and Billing Administrator Team Lead you’ll be:

Lead and mentor the Contract Administration and Billing team, effectively prioritising workloads to meet internal deadlines and KPIs.

Develop and deliver training to new team members, creating training schedules once you have received all essential onboarding and role-specific training.

Support the CA & Billing Manager with ad-hoc requests and deputise in their absence, including collaborating with other Team Leaders across the department.

Manage and review billing runs to ensure accuracy and compliance with monthly deadlines.
*
Assist with Year-End audit activities, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are in place.
As a Contract and Billing Administrator Team Lead you’ll have:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role, ideally within a finance or billing environment.
*
Strong working knowledge of finance and IT systems including MS Excel. Experience with Templa is highly desirable.
*
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
*
Highly organised, dependable, and confident managing multiple deadlines.
*
A calm, methodical approach, even under pressure.
