Our client is seeking a HR Advisor/ Senior HR Advisor on a 12–14-month maternity leave contract. You will be part of an established, friendly HR team working alongside 2 other Senior HR Advisors. Your new role
1. Case work dealing with disciplinaries and grievances
2. Absence management
3. Supporting restructures
4. Support end to end employee life cycle
What you'll need to succeed
5. At least 2 years HR experience
6. Ideally CIPD qualified
7. Experience of case management, including disciplinaries and grievance cases
