We have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team!
This is a part-time role, working 24 hours per week across three days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Responsibilities
* Visiting the top four grocery retailers, working to a defined call file, focusing on developing strong relationships with key decision-makers to be recognized as adding value to the store.
* Negotiating with decision-makers to increase distribution, maximize availability, and secure extra space for various brands to boost sales.
* Identifying problems, opportunities, and competitor intelligence in-store, acting as the eyes and ears of Tactical Solutions and its clients.
* Following Tactical Solutions' proven processes to deliver professional, efficient, and effective calls within every sales outlet.
* Accurately recording and completing all information on our bespoke tablets using our latest Drive software system.
Candidate requirements
* Experience in sales or a background in convenience or retail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credible relationships in stores.
* Passion for building brand awareness and motivation by results.
