The role is Monday to Friday only, so NO WEEKENDS!
The Service Advisor will need to be capable of delivering an outstanding experience to the customers with a professional and friendly manner, advising on required repairs and clearly updating the customer throughout.
Our client is ideally looking for someone who has at least 3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within the Automotive sector.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Ability to build rapport with customers.
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Computer literacy.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages in particular Excel.
* Valid driver’s license (preferred)
* Ability to process information accurately and efficiency.
* Flexibility.
* Previous customer service experience.
* Previous service advisor experience in the automotive industry.
