Sales Development Representative – Corpay

Location: Swindon, UK (Corporate Payments division)

Overview

Corpay is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Corporate Payments division. Located in Swindon, UK, you will be part of a high‑energy, high‑performance team where you’ll build the engine of our sales pipeline, opening doors with top UK businesses and setting the stage for big wins.


Key responsibilities

* Conduct thorough research on target UK accounts to uncover industry challenges and tailor Corpay Complete solutions.
* Execute 100+ personalised outreach activities daily via calls, email, LinkedIn and social channels.
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing revenue, budget, pain points, job role and timeline.
* Map decision‑makers and internal champions, then secure discovery meetings with key stakeholders.
* Schedule and prep high‑value sessions for Business Development Managers, providing detailed briefing notes to demonstrate the Corpay Complete Platform.
* Collaborate with marketing to refine campaigns, co‑host webinars and drive event registrations.
* Maintain Salesforce with every touchpoint, lead status update, forecast and insight for real‑time pipeline visibility.
* Monitor and analyse KPIs, activity levels, conversion rates and pipeline value, then optimise tactics based on data and coaching.


Qualifications & Skills

* Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in sales, lead generation or customer‑facing roles (SDR/BDR/Telephone background a plus).
* Fearless communicator – comfortable with cold calling, emailing and building relationships fast.
* Tech‑adept: comfortable with Salesforce (or similar CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft Office.
* Self‑motivated, resilient and hungry to learn.
* Natural networker with strong LinkedIn and social selling skills.
* Passion for selling by delivering value to businesses with over £20M revenue.
* Entrepreneurial spirit: challenges assumptions, influences stakeholders and owns growth.
