Part-time Office Administrator
Location: Cullybackey
Salary: £ £13.75 per hour - dependent on experience
Hours of work: Mon - Fri 9am -12 or flexible to suit employee

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic office administrator who wants to join our small team and help to keep the business running smoothly. You must be proficient on Sage, have an eye for detail, able to take initiative and want to work in a dynamic environment, you could be the employee for us
About us:
We are a small sign-making company in Cullybackey, established over 25 years ago. We design and make signage using metals, plastic and vinyl. It is a fast-paced industry and every day there are new customer enquiries to be dealt with.
Key responsibilities:
· Answering the telephone and assisting with customer enquiries
· Helping with in-person customer enquiries
· Responding to emails in a timely manner
· Processing purchase invoices & placing orders with suppliers
· Processing sales invoices and statements monthly
· Maintaining weekly payroll & monthly PAYE submissions
· Recording petty cash expenditure
· Monthly reconciliation of bank & credit card statements
· Light credit control duties
· Prepare and submit VAT returns
· Keeping the office tidy and maintaining a supply of paper, envelopes, ink etc
· Confident using Sage 50, Sage Payroll, Word & Excel
· Assist with preparing orders for dispatch via courier or post
· Possibility of assisting with light duties in the workshop
Required skills & experience
· Must have GCSE English and Maths at Grade B or above
· Min 1 year experience using Sage 50 and Sage Payroll
· Strong IT skills
· Excellent written English
· Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task
Hours of work will be between 9:30am and 12:30pm but some flexibility would be necessary during busier periods.
