Overview
JNJ Specialist Cleaning Group are seeking dedicated, reliable and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. This role is to carry out a wide range of cleaning services, including, Domestic, Commercial, Build cleaning on new homes with possible progression routes into Biohazard and Hoarding work.
Company cleaning hours are 6am-4pm, Monday-Saturday. various roles within these times are available, including 9am-3pm for school parents, although cleans would still need to be covered during school holidays as part of the employed role.
Holding a CSCS card is advantageous.

Clients are based in and around Hull, Brough, Barton, Beverley, Goole and Doncaster. You will be given a full set up of cleaning stock and equipment to carry with you
Experience in cleaning is preferred but not essential as training and support would be given to ensure cleans meet the specifications.
The Cleaner will work independently and as part of a team, following established cleaning protocols and standards.
The use of an external window cleaning pole may be required by some team members (training and equipment provided)
References will be contacted. DBS check may be done at the expense of JNJ.
Responsibilities
* Perform general cleaning duties including de-taping, removal of excess paint, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
* Customer service when carrying out cleans is essential
* Dispose of waste materials in accordance with# health and safety and recycling regulations.
* Maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring they are stored correctly
* Report any issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
* Follow specific cleaning schedules (published in the company app) and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and obtain the necessary photos and signatures to confirm standard of work
* Adhere to health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
Experience
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
* Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established cleaning protocols.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
