* Line management & delegation of duties to admin team members
* Undertake recruitment & selection, induction, absence management, appraisal & performance management
* Monitor workload capacity & administration for a service
* Provide comprehensive secretarial service to clinical teams/managers
* Manage diaries, arrange/minute meetings and make appointments, communicate with key stakeholders, typing, filing, photocopying, processing financial documentation
* Advanced typing & transcription of clinical & non-clinical documents (OCR 3 or equivalent qualification/experience)
* Develop and maintain records to ensure quick and easy retrieval of information
