Multiskilled Foot Mobile Engineer Location: Central London Salary: Up to £45,000 Travel Expenses Hours: Monday to Friday A leading facilities services provider is seeking a Foot Mobile Engineer with a mechanical and electrical experience to join their commercial maintenance team. This role covers multiple premium commercial buildings across Central London all accessible by foot or public transport. Key Responsibilities: Deliver planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across commercial buildings Work on HVAC systems, FCUs, AHUs, pumps, valves, pipework, hot & cold water systems Carry out basic and minor electrical maintenance (lighting repairs, outlets, etc.) Diagnose and rectify M&E faults efficiently Maintain accurate records, job sheets, and compliance documentation Ensure safety, compliance, and excellent customer service at all times Skills & Qualifications Required: Mechanical & Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds or equivalent) 17th/18th Edition essential Experience in commercial building services or facilities management Strong mechanical fault-finding skills and understanding of building systems Confident communicator with a proactive attitude Whats on Offer: Salary up to £45,000 Travel expenses covered Monday to Friday working pattern Career development and training opportunities Opportunity to work across a variety of prestigious Central London buildings
