About us:
Our brand-new practice, based in Wren Nest Retail Park, has been designed with both clinical excellence and colleague wellbeing at its heart. You’ll be working in a bright, spacious, air-conditioned environment with access to the latest technology and equipment.
Our Practice Owners bring a wealth of experience — Ibrahim, a Veterinary Surgeon who graduated in 2001, and Leanne, a Registered Veterinary Nurse with over 25 years’ experience.

As a brand-new practice, we’re ideally looking for a full-time Client Care Advisor to join our team. However, we understand that everyone’s work-life balance looks a little different, so we’re more than happy to discuss part-time hours or flexible shifts that work for you. We’d love for you to come and have a chat with us about what suits you best.
You will work circa 40 hours per week and there will be some weekend work included on a Saturday rota, but no OOH required.
What your typical day will look like:
1. VCA responsibilities will involve supporting with clinical care of animals, so a high standard of animal care skills and experience are required.
2. CCA duties will include assisting all colleagues with non-clinical duties to support smooth running of the practice and provide the best standard of patient care.

3. You are the friendly and welcoming face for the client and their pets when they arrive at the practice.
4. You can provide guidance by keeping yourself fully up-to-speed with the practice services and any additional services available.
5. You are calm, attentive, and always focus on the clients’ needs.
6. You will bring enthusiasm and drive to your role. Your passion for service is matched with your love of pets.
7. You can deal with everything that is thrown at you, from comforting a client who has had some bad news about their pet or sharing in the joy of a new puppy’s first visit to the vet.
8. Your personality is infectious and along with your fellow colleagues, you create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the practice.
