Responsibilities
* Own the experience – design and implement intuitive human‑centered interfaces directly in code.
* Build scalable responsive apps in (and / or React) using modern component‑driven architecture and TypeScript.
* Co‑create with AI – guide AI agents with live code critique, refine their outputs, and accelerate development by pairing human creativity with AI speed.
* Engineer with intent – write clean, modular, maintainable code and architect reusable UI systems that scale.
* Ship with quality – ensure accessibility, performance, and responsiveness across devices and platforms.
* Automate for speed – leverage testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for rapid iteration without sacrificing stability.
* Stay on the edge – explore new UI/UX paradigms, performance hacks and AI‑driven workflows before they’re mainstream.
Must Have Qualifications
* BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
* 35 years of hands‑on front‑end experience.
* Deep expertise in ReactJS (bonus if you’ve worked with both).
* A track record of designing UX directly in code, not just implementing handoffs.
* Experience working with AI‑assisted coding tools / AI agents and the curiosity to push them further.
* Strong skills in JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 (SASS / LESS a plus).
* Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Rollup, Babel) and Git workflows.
* Obsession with performance, state management and pixel‑perfect execution.
* Startup mindset – fast, scrappy, creative problem‑solver who can balance design intuition with engineering rigor.
