A welcoming secondary school in Hounslow is looking for a SEND Classroom Assistant to provide crucial in-class support for students with a range of SEND needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. This SEND Classroom Assistant role is ideal for graduates considering careers in special education, speech therapy, or educational psychology. As a SEND Classroom Assistant, you will support pupils individually and in small groups, assist teachers with lesson adaptations, and help implement behaviour management strategies tailored to individual needs.
