OVERVIEW
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join our ICC Wales Team as a casual member of staff.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
Having a background in hospitality operations you will have a passion for the industry and want to deliver our customers a memorable experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO …
You will have responsibility for a small event or a selection of small meetings or to supervise an element of a busy lunch service. During dinner service your role is to lead a team of up to 12 staff to deliver plated meals to a section of tables and to ensure that every guests received the required meal including managing the delivery of special dietary options. Prior to service you will brief your team to ensure everyone is clear in their duties and check your area. You will need to be well organised, be able to prioritise your work and be able to think on your feet as changes often happen with short notice. The role requires a good eye for detail to ensure that the highest standards of service are delivered as part of the customer's seamless journey through the Resort. You will need to be an excellent team player, a motivator, have good communication skills, a passion for delivering high levels of customer service, possess a professional attitude and have high standards of presentation. Having a background in leading a team in a hospitality environment you will have a passion for the industry and want to deliver our customers a memorable experience. Ideally you will have experience in an environment that has catered for volume banqueting.
