Leap Ahead Southfield is a beautiful nursery located in the centre of Brigg providing 28 places for babies, toddlers & preschool children.
We are looking for a driven, motivated Deputy Manager who will embed the company's ethos around providing a high quality, child-led approach to early years childcare & education, where holistic opportunities are given for children to develop a lifelong love of learning around the companies educational programme, whilst leading the Preschool.
The ideal candidate will already have proven experience in supervisory role working in a childcare facility, be capable of following established policies & procedures, working alongside an experience Senior Management team.
However, the company feels this could also be an ideal opportunity for a current strong practitioner to take that jump into management due to the company's development & training programme. We will be more than happy to have an informal chat with anyone interested in progressing in their Early Years career.
Safeguarding experience is essential as well as a knowledge of SEN & Health & Safety. A proven desire to promote teamwork within the Leap Ahead 'family', embed a sustainability ethos & a sense of community with everyone who uses the nursery.

This position will be based on a min of 37 1/2 - 40 hours per week & is an all year round position.
