Glass Inspector - Witham
£12.71 per hour - Full time hours - Temporary to permanent
About the role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Glass Inspector to join a busy manufacturing environment in Witham. This is a full time opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate, with a pay increase available upon successful transition to a permanent contract.
Key responsibilities
* Quality checking
* Defect identification
* Monitoring production consistency, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
* During quieter periods, you will also receive training to support additional areas of the factory, offering variety and the opportunity to broaden your skill set.
The Person
* Applicants must have previous experience within an inspection or quality control role, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
* Strong attention to detail
* Confidence using measuring tools such as gauges or calipers
* The ability to communicate effectively with production teams are essential.

* Free, on site parking
* Monday - Thursday, 6 am - 2:30 pm / Friday, 6 am - 2 pm (45 minute unpaid break per day)
