Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the HR function within a busy manufacturing environment. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience as part of a well established team who offer continued support.

The role
Support the day-to-day HR function in a fast-paced environment
Collate absence data and assist with the absence management process
Coordinate the leaver process
Provide HR administration support, including arranging investigatory, disciplinary and grievance meetings
Support recruitment activity when required
Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and filing processes
Manage daily HR administration tasks, ensuring GDPR compliance
The person
Some experience within a HR department
A confident communicator able to build relationships with managers
Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, self-motivated and confident using own initiative
Positive, can-do attitude with a quality and customer-focused approach
Strong IT skills and confidence using HR systems
