About the Role
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Powder Coater to join a well-established manufacturing company based in West Bromwich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in powder coating or industrial painting to join a growing team in a stable, full-time role.

Key Responsibilities
* Preparing metal surfaces for coating (cleaning, sanding, masking)
* Applying powder coating using spray equipment to a high standard
* Ensuring even coverage and quality finish on all products
* Operating and maintaining powder coating equipment and ovens
* Inspecting finished products for defects and quality compliance
* Following health & safety procedures at all times
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in powder coating, spray painting, or a similar role preferred
* Knowledge of surface preparation and coating techniques
* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Awareness of health & safety practices within a manufacturing environment
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
