Job Description
The Finance Business Partner will have a wide range of responsibilities including:
* Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
* Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
* Provide financial expertise and advice to non-finance staff.
* Develop and monitor key performance indicators.
* Support the implementation of strategic initiatives.
* Identify areas for cost reductions and operational improvements.
* Assist with the preparation of management reports.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
* A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, and/or studying towards a Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Proficiency in financial software and databases.
* Understanding of financial regulations and standards.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
