Customer Service Advisor Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service, maintain a positive attitude, communicate clearly, and ensure that customer needs are met efficiently. This role requires strong teamwork, responsibility for handling orders, accurate information gathering, and the ability to support sales through upselling and effective trailer-fill utilisation. Key Responsibilities of Customer Service Advisor Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with customers and team members. Process and manage customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Gather all necessary customer and order information with attention to detail. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services where appropriate. Maximise trailer-fill utilisation by coordinating order volumes to ensure efficient logistics. Work collaboratively with the team to meet service and operational goals. Take ownership of customer issues, follow up promptly, and ensure resolutions are delivered. Maintain accurate records within company systems and stay organised. Support overall operational efficiency and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Skills & Qualifications of Customer Service Advisor Excellent customer service skills and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Computer literate, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Positive attitude and professional approach in all customer interactions. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
