The Role
You\'ll handle a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial work, including:
* Business sales and acquisitions
* Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
* Structuring joint ventures and partnerships
* Advising on de-mergers and company restructures
* Navigating shareholder agreements and disputes
Candidate Requirements
We\'re keen to hear from candidates who bring:
* At least 5 years\' PQE, with an existing client following and the drive to build your own caseload
* A collaborative mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for growing the department
* A proactive approach to networking, marketing, and business development
* Availability to work from the Salisbury office at least three days a week
