Provide our mining customers with a value-added experience through processing and expediting orders from our Welshpool Branch

About the role
Reporting to the Projects Manager and working closely alongside the Projects team, your key responsibilities will include, yet are not limited to:


* Full function project administration including enquiries, preparing quotes, ordering product, processing purchase orders, arranging deliveries, invoicing, tracking margins
* Communicating project information and documentation daily to relevant stakeholders
* Tracking project requirements and expectations, monitoring priorities, project status and outcome
* Documenting and communicating project variances
* Developing strong professional relationships with customers, suppliers and account managers
* Ad hoc administration, branch sales and customer service where required

* Customer and sales focused with experience in a projects role or administrative role
* Excellent problem-solving skills - support our customers to find what they need
* Proficient with computer technology and systems including the Microsoft Suite – we’ll train you on our systems
* A positive and optimistic attitude – it’s what we look for in new team members
* A high level of initiative to support your team members and customers – no job is too big or too small
* A strong sense of urgency - the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects
* Experience in a sales environment will get you off to a flying start, but it is not essential if you’re passionate about learning our industry and product range - we’ll train you
