The FORWARD Monitoring and Evaluation Officer is a dual role that will assist the FORWARD Programme Manager to deliver a comprehensive management service across the FORWARD partnership including core partners and delivery partners, management, co‑ordinators and FORWARD staff, and other stakeholders as the lead partner, monitoring and evaluation contact. Monitoring & evaluation, data collection & analysis, reporting & compliance, stakeholder engagement & collaboration.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring the effective monitoring and evaluation, across different activities, providing meaningful insights into the project's effectiveness.
* Responsible for developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems, collecting and analysing data, providing insights to enhance programme performance and outcomes.
* Working flexibly with all FORWARD partners across the programme you will help ensure all SEUPB guidelines are adhered to.
Skills and Qualifications
* A degree in a relevant field in a communications, monitoring & evaluation role OR clearly demonstrate at least 3 years’ exp in a communications, monitoring & evaluation with experience in working on former peacebuilding prog in the last 2 years.
* Experience of: Working on previous EU-funded programmes/international funded programmes; Producing monitoring & evaluation reports in a not-for-profit organisation; Working in partnership with a consortium of organisations; JEMS (Peaceplus).
