Interim Project Manager – Leeds (Hybrid) 6-Month Contract | £500 per day (Outside IR35) Elevation Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established fast paced high growth business going through a period of strategic growth and change. They're looking to appoint an Interim Project Manager to lead the mobilisation and onboarding of a newly acquired business into the wider group. This is a hands-on role, ideal for an experienced Project Manager who's confident leading complex, cross-functional integration activity in a fast-moving environment. Our client is seeking an immediate start. The Interim Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end mobilisation and onboarding process, covering: HR & People Integration: Transferring employees, aligning salaries and benefits, onboarding to payroll, and managing HR data Finance Integration: Ensuring financial systems, reporting, and controls are aligned with the wider group Technology & Systems: Overseeing IT onboarding, data migration, and compliance with group infrastructure and security standards Facilities & Estates: Managing leases, fleet, and facilities transfers or new agreements Vendor / Third-Party Relationships: Reviewing supplier contracts, identifying dependencies, and supporting re-tender or transfer processes Governance & Reporting: Creating the project mobilisation framework, defining deliverables, setting milestones, and maintaining documentation Stakeholder Management: Coordinating with internal specialists across HR, Finance, IT, and Estates, holding them accountable for delivery through structured reporting and regular project calls The ideal candidate will: Be an experienced Project Manager with demonstrable mobilisation and integration experience Have exposure to financial services, or broader B2B financial environments Be capable of designing and implementing governance frameworks, delivery plans, and project controls across multiple functions Understand tendering and supplier transfer processes, including where services are delivered via a parent or shared-service model Ideally hold Prince2 / Agile / Scrum knowledge or equivalent, though proven delivery experience is key If you're a seasoned Project Manager with a history of driving successful integrations and transformations, this is a chance to take full ownership of a high-value project and deliver real change from day one.
