Sheridan Maine are exclusively recruiting for an Accounts Assistant position for one our long standing clients in the Bristol area.
The role will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including:
* Processing sales and purchase invoices
* Allocating cash
* Bank reconciliations
* Dealing with supplier and customer invoice queries
* Preparing supplier payments
* Credit control
* Petty cash
* Processing staff expense claims
The company are seeking an individual with the desired criteria:
* Prior experience of working in an accounting role
* Confident user of IT systems including Excel
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
* Ability to work to deadlines with attention to detail
* Able to work on your own and as part of a team
