Assistant Field Service Technician – Knaresborough. Permanent - Full time (40 hours). Competitive salary & benefits.
Take the leap and dive into a new career as an Assistant Field Service Technician. As part of the Field Services team, you will carry out installation, calibration and maintenance of Detectronic's Smart Flow and Level monitors in the wastewater network, predominantly in the North of England. There may also be a requirement to travel to other parts of the UK when needed.
Responsibilities
* Ability to work safely and effectively on your own or as a two- or three-person crew installing and maintaining equipment onsite, diagnosing problems and taking appropriate action with minimal supervision.
* Be resourceful, hands-on and practical (you will be required to enter confined spaces).
* Maintain a full clean UK driving licence, held for at least 2 years (experience required due to vehicle size).
* Work outdoors in all weather conditions and in confined spaces.
* Access manholes at people\'s homes or business sites; be polite and respectful at all times.
Qualifications
