Job Overview:
As an Administrative Coordinator at Silverpush, you will support the Sales and Client Success teams to ensure clients achieve their goals with our contextual advertising technology. Your responsibilities include developing media plans for RFPs and bookings, assisting with campaign coordination, data requests, and reporting to drive client satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Building bespoke contextual plans in response to client briefs, supporting the Europe sales team in creating proposals.
* Providing French & German language support to our international sales team, including campaign coordination, reporting, and communication with local clients.
* Collaborating with Sales Reps to understand campaign objectives and recommend targeting strategies.
* Assisting the CS team with client briefs by gathering information and clarifying campaign goals.
* Contributing to campaign reporting with performance metrics, insights, and recommendations.
What You Bring:
* Full professional fluency in both French and German (written and spoken) is mandatory. Applicants without advanced proficiency in both will not be considered.
* Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks.
* Detail-oriented with accurate and efficient data entry.
* Strong communication skills to articulate technical information clearly.
* Motivated team player.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
