The successful candidate will play a key role in improving the end to end recruitment process.**Responsibilities*** Provide administrative support within Workday, ensuring employee and candidate records are maintained accurately and efficiently.* Manage the end-to-end candidate onboarding process, including resolving system access issues, document submission queries, background checks, and start date amendments.* Monitor and track vacancy approval workflows, ensuring recruitment activities progress in line with business requirements.* Conduct candidate shortlisting and pre-screening interviews for entry-level and junior positions.* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.* Create and publish engaging job advertisements across relevant job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.* Develop and maintain talent pools of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs.**We're looking for someone who is:*** Highly organised with strong attention to detail.* Confident communicating with people at all levels.* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.* Tech-savvy with good knowledge of MS Office and online platforms* A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn* Experience in recruitment is an advantageJoin us at United Infrastructure and be part of our mission to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to the complex infrastructure needs of the UK.
