About the Position:
As a UX/UI Specialist with extensive experience in physical product design and prototyping, you'll have a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface of our cutting-edge medical devices. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and design, you'll drive the creation of intuitive, user-centric interfaces to enhance the usability and effectiveness of our medical products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the UX/UI design process for our medical products, from concept to implementation.
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights for design decisions.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize design concepts and user flows.
* Collaborate with product managers and engineers to seamlessly integrate design solutions into the development process.
* Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, testing results, and project requirements. Maintain design documentation and specifications to facilitate effective communication within the team.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
* Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, focusing on physical product design and prototyping.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
* Understanding of UX/UI best practices, design principles, and accessibility standards.
* Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
* Experience in Agile or iterative development environments preferred.
