Salary: £94 - £140 per day (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities of a Supply Teacher:
* Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across various secondary subjects.
* Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and maintain continuity in learning.
* Follow existing lesson plans while using your initiative to enhance the learning experience.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and productive space.
* Provide feedback to students and school staff on lesson outcomes and student engagement.
* Collaborate with school teams to support student progress and wellbeing.
* Be a dependable and professional presence in every school you support.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Have experience teaching at the secondary level, ideally across multiple subjects.
* Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
* Be adaptable, proactive, and confident in new environments.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be committed to delivering high standards of teaching and learning.
* Have a current CV (covering the last 10 years with no unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
