Exciting opportunity for an IT support Analyst / Service Administrator to work onsite in Yeadon / Leeds Bradford for our leading client. This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining a resilient IT infrastructure, delivering quality technical support, and ensuring the seamless alignment of IT services with organizational goals. The post holder will monitor and maintain the computer systems of the organisation, install and configure software/hardware, diagnose and resolve software/hardware faults and manage company accounts with specific suppliers.
1. Provide IT services and support to internal users as part of a cross-site team.
2. Offer specialist, professional IT consultation and advice in specified areas of expertise, managing systems proactively and professionally.
3. Manage site IT equipment/infrastructure, log and update Helpdesk calls, and provide technical support for incidents/problems.
4. Implement recommendations to minimize service disruption; build/configure IT hardware/software; maintain systems performance/capacity; document faults/failures.
5. Identify potential new technologies that would benefit the business and improvements in the functionality and use of existing systems.
6. Maintain the entire backup system from resolving backup issues to ensuring restores are available.
7. Maintain the mobile phone accounts including setting up new phones.
