This is a service where people live independently with support tailored to their needs, and you’ll be part of a team helping them build skills and confidence every day. Daily support may include: Personal care routines Meal preparation and household tasks Support with appointments Social and leisure activities Encouraging independence, personal growth and community involvement About Chantler Close Chantler Close offers a warm, welcoming environment where people are supported to lead independent, fulfilling lives.
