Hawksmoor is growing! We have a very exciting new opening planned for London this year and are looking for a team of talented people to support us in our ambitious growth plans.
Since 2006 we have been the UKs home of ethically sourced, grass-fed beef, cooked over charcoal and paired with our award-winning wines and cocktails. As a Bartender, you will create outstanding drinks and memorable moments at the bar.
What Youll Do
* Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers and soft drinks to Hawksmoor standards
* Deliver engaging, knowledgeable and friendly service at the bar
* Keep the bar stocked, clean and well organised
* Work closely with the floor team to ensure seamless guest experiences
* Learn and develop your cocktail and spirits knowledge
