You’ll Need:

Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
*
Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager, managing over 1000 hours of care a week (3+ years preferred)

Domiciliary care experience
*
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
*
Self-motivated, proactive, and reliable
*
Car owner with a valid driving licence
