Role Overview
We’re looking for a Front‑End React Engineer to join our growing Northern Ireland team. You’ll work on core product features of our platform, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and AI teams.
This is a chance to contribute to a fast‑growing company and innovative product, gaining exposure to AI‑powered solutions while working in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain React‑based frontend applications
* Turn UI/UX designs into scalable, maintainable, and responsive components
* Collaborate with backend engineers (Ruby, Python) to integrate APIs and data services
* Participate in Agile ceremonies, including stand‑ups, sprint planning, and code reviews
* Ensure accessibility, performance, and cross‑browser compatibility
* Contribute to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and team best practices
* Support development of AI/GenAI features, collaborating with core platform teams
Requirements
* Strong experience in React.js, JavaScript – open on levels from mid to senior
* Experience with component libraries, frontend architecture, and responsive design
* Comfortable working with REST APIs or GraphQL
* Exposure to cloud‑native environments (AWS a plus)
* Interest in AI/GenAI or willingness to learn
* Strong collaboration and communication skills
* Bonus: experience in regulated industries
