The Role:
As a Private Client Lawyer, your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering exceptional fee-earning support within the Private Client team in Aylsham and firmwide.
* Advising on and managing a broad range of Private Client matters, such as complex Wills, Tax planning, Trusts, Succession Planning, Estate administration, Trust administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Deputyship matters.
* Stay at the cutting edge of Private Client law, continually enhancing your knowledge while sharing insights and expertise with colleagues.
* Play a pivotal role in driving business development, fostering meaningful connections, and promoting the firm through strategic marketing and cross-selling initiatives.
* Build and nurture lasting client relationships, exemplifying professionalism and trustworthiness.
* Demonstrate a talent for inspiring and mentoring junior team members, fostering growth and teamwork within the department.
* Showcase meticulous attention to detail, superior drafting skills, and a commitment to providing an outstanding client experience.
* Flexibly working from other offices, as required, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration.
